Gautam’s entrepreneurial journey is marked by a string of successful ventures. He led a large, family-run manufacturing unit in the automotive sector to sustained profitability and operational excellence. At TCG, a CMM Level 5 IT company, with JV with United Airlines and CA, he played a pivotal role in strengthening domestic and international business. He significantly contributed to expanding the company’s global footprint through strategic client relationships and business development efforts.

He is also the co-founder of Chatime India, a fast-growing specialty bubble tea brand now thriving across multiple cities. In the mental health space, Gautam and his wife Shalini Gianchandani co-founded InnerConnect, a pioneering psychiatry, counselling, and research center focused on integrative mental wellness.

A former national-level shooter who represented India in competitions, Gautam embodies discipline, precision, and resilience in all his pursuits.
