About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated freshers & Seniors to join our AR Calling (Accounts Receivable) team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for following up with insurance companies in the US healthcare system to resolve outstanding claims and ensure timely payment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.
- Understand the denial reasons and take appropriate action for claim resolution.
- Document all interactions and update the claims database with accurate information.
- Analyze and resolve billing issues to ensure maximum reimbursement.
- Work closely with the team to meet daily and monthly productivity targets.
- Maintain professionalism and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English).
- Good listening and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
