- Need to have extensive knowledge of RCM
- Have good knowledge about HIPAA compliance
- Have ability to train Freshers from the scratch about RCM industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor new joiners performance and clarify process related queries
- Implementing a new training plan & training method
- Should be able to work on multiple different projects and help in process improvement.
